Ukraine whistleblower wants to speak to House AND Senate Intel

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by Omaha Steve (a host of the Latest Breaking News forum).

Source: Axios

The intelligence community whistleblower behind the complaint reportedly linked to President Trump and Ukraine has requested to speak to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees, according to the chairs of both panels.

Why it matters: Congress has yet to hear directly from the whistleblower or be provided their complaint in full by the Trump administration. While Trump has authorized the release of the transcript of his call with Zelensky, that interaction is said to be only one part of a series of events that make up the complaint.

What they're saying: House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) tweeted, "We have been informed by the whistleblower's counsel that their client would like to speak to our committee and has requested guidance from the Acting DNI as to how to do so. We're in touch with counsel and look forward to the whistleblower's testimony as soon as this week."

Senate Intelligence Vice Chairman Mark Warner (D-Va.) "told reporters that the whistleblower's counsel has also reached out" to his committee, per the New York Times' Catie Edmondson.

Pls note this article mentions *both the House and Senate Intelligence Committees*.

Current update from Senators Warner & Burr:

Chairman Burr on contact with whistleblower: “That’s what I read. I’m not going to tell you what the committee does or doesn’t do. We’re going to investigate”

Sen. Warner: “The lawyer for the whistleblower has reached out for a counsel meeting but we’re going to have to take this one step a time and I think it’s terribly important to get the facts”

Won’t say if whistleblower meeting is scheduled.

I am told it hasn’t been yet

But the regulations require that the whistle blower's report goes through the DNI.

He is currently blocking the report from getting to Congress, but he may not be able to stop this testimony from happening.

From Putin ,trump, and Barr or they'll be suicided like Epstein had done to him. There is a lot more than just the phone call, and they likely know money payoffs, and election rigging.
