Oklahoma Democrats' HQ Hit With Anti-Semitic Graffiti (Updated)

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma Democratic Party officials say the Oklahoma City building that houses its headquarters has been vandalized with racist and anti-Semitic graffiti.
Former Democratic Gov. David Walters said Thursday that vandals spray-painted derogatory remarks about various racial and ethnic groups outside the building. Swastikas were also spray-painted onto the doors. Walters and his wife, Rhonda, own the building, which also houses other tenants.
Anna Langthorn, executive director of the Oklahoma Democratic Party, says she thinks the graffiti, which refers to Democrats, targets the party.
Oklahoma City police say they are investigating the vandalism as a hate crime.

Adding: Racist vandals also hit Chickasaw Nation building
On the same morning that someone wrote racist graffiti in front of the Oklahoma Democratic Party headquarters, vandals also defaced the Chickasaw Nation building two miles east.
The words “Indians will be gassed” were scrawled in a parking space on the south side of the Chickasaw Nation’s Oklahoma City Area Office, 4001 N. Lincoln Blvd. Below that, the word “lampshaded” was written as well. The meaning of that word is unclear in its context, though the term has been used to describe a rhetorical device in the writing of fictional media. It could also refer to allegations that lampshades were made out of human skin during the Holocaust.
Other racist words and imagery, reported to include a swastika, were spray painted across the building’s south entrance. While cardboard had been taped over the graffiti by Thursday afternoon, blue spray paint was slightly visible. Vandals at the Oklahoma Democratic Party wrote the majority of their hateful messages in blue spray paint.
“It is very disheartening to see our building defaced by this type of hateful message which is so out of place for Oklahoma,” Chickasaw Nation Gov. Bill Anoatubby said. “We believe it is important to move past this isolated incident and focus our attention on the important work we do.”

. . . My apologies to any nice people who live there. . . But I find the state ugly as hell, and furthermore, I just couldn't stomach being surrounded by Pussy Grabber's supporters.
Oh yeah, I am an upper middle aged, nominal Jew. If I were there, maybe they would think I came to replace them? I guess they think everybody is just dying to live in OK.
I live here. A very rural area not very far from Tulsa. It really sucks to be a Democrat in this state.
During the election of Obama they were running people off the road with Obama stickers. Tearing up Obama signs in their yards. In Tulsa a man with a gun approached the home owner and demanded at gun point he remove that sign.
It's very hard for us. We can't talk too loud in restaurants, or the stores in fear they might pounce. I once had a blog page but I gave it up because it caused me too much grief. They teach this kind of hate from the pews of the Churches here. They have way, way too much influence on the politics here. 
Aww you're so sweet thanks for the words of encouragement. I was born and raised in Chicago 'Little Village' for a time. Moved to Wisconsin and got displaced during the 80s when ronald Reagan took office. Oklahoma had one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country. Many people from up North fled to Oklahoma. Many ended up living in their cars. I grew up in the early sixties and witness the Housing March of MLK first hand. I have a different perspective about things than many born and raised Okies. I had some daughters a son, three grandchildren and a couple of great grand children. All Liberals. That's my revenge.
