Stormy Daniels plans to sue Donald Trump for defamation after the president called a forensic sketch of a man who allegedly threatened her a “total con job.”

Daniels’ attorney, Michael Avenatti, vowed to file the defamation claim “in short order” following a hearing in Los Angeles federal court on Friday.

The proceeding related to Trump attorney Michael Cohen’s motion to delay Daniels’ primary lawsuit, which seeks to invalidate a “hush agreement” she signed weeks before Election Day over her alleged romp with the president. Cohen sought a 90-day stay in the civil case, citing his battle with federal prosecutors in Manhattan over a pending criminal probe.

U.S. District Court judge James Otero didn’t make a ruling Friday. Instead, he told Cohen to file a declaration indicating his Fifth Amendment rights would be endangered if Daniels’ suit moves forward, the Associated Press reported.

He's using the strategy of opening up multiple fronts. He's making the don play his game. Avenatti is becoming a nemesis to Trump, who thinks his 3,500 civil suits---including the $25 million loss for Trump U---make him invincible. Trump has never faced a lawyer like Avenatti who cannot be defeated by Trump's ONLY DEFENSEIVE STRATEGY in all of his other suits---pay money to settle.

He can't buy off Michael Avanatti.

Trump’s comment isn’t even about her or her lawyer.

I wish her the best in her legal fight, but i suspect she’s going to lose in the long run. But i think she’ll get her story out in the meantime, i just hope she’s preparing to file for bankruptcy for when she loses in court.
