It articulates new proposals and clearly restates an agenda focusing on:

- job-training programs
- renegotiating trade deals
- Addressing soaring prescription-drug costs
- etc.

In 2016 we focused on everything needed for a better America, very much including jobs and wages. Now our slogan will be specific and certainly has tradition going for it.

A Square Deal, Teddy Roosevelt
A New Deal, Franklin Roosevelt
A Fair Deal, Truman
The Great Society (gotta include even if not a "Deal." It was and is great)
A Better Deal

The MSM, including AP, CNN and MSNBC, have been working to elect Republicans. Even what they've done isn't going to change that. But in spite of all the lies pushed every day, America still chose what we offered. We just need "us" to come out and vote in a bit higher numbers still.

5. Locking - please notice the instructions about excerpts for LBN

The box on the screen for new LBN threads reads:

"Excerpt: Your excerpt should be no longer than four paragraphs. DO NOT add additional comments in this box."

LBN original posts should always contain an excerpt where one is available (and if something is breaking news without a web page written for it yet, the thread starter should come back and edit it to provide an excerpt from a news page, as soon as possible).
