Democrats are about to unveil a bold, progressive economic platform.
The new slogan will be:
A Better Deal: Better Jobs, Better Wages, Better Future
It articulates new proposals and clearly restates an agenda focusing on:
- job-training programs
- renegotiating trade deals
- Addressing soaring prescription-drug costs
- etc.
In short . . . to Make America, America Again!

(58,785 posts)In 2016 we focused on everything needed for a better America, very much including jobs and wages. Now our slogan will be specific and certainly has tradition going for it.
A Square Deal, Teddy Roosevelt
A New Deal, Franklin Roosevelt
A Fair Deal, Truman
The Great Society (gotta include even if not a "Deal." It was and is great)
A Better Deal
The MSM, including AP, CNN and MSNBC, have been working to elect Republicans. Even what they've done isn't going to change that. But in spite of all the lies pushed every day, America still chose what we offered. We just need "us" to come out and vote in a bit higher numbers still.
