President Donald Trumps campaign announced a Pittsburgh, not Paris rally across from the White House on Saturday to celebrate the United States withdrawal from a global climate agreement.
The Fairfax County Republican Committee and the Republican Party of Virginia are sponsoring the rally in Lafayette Square, which is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, according to an announcement from the Trump campaign.
As you know, the President has been under siege from the mainstream media and the Democrats, especially now that he put American jobs first by withdrawing from the Paris Accord. Therefore, we are organizing a group to demonstrate our support for President Trump and his fearless leadership, the invitation reads.

Tonight I will go to sleep and dream that 100,000 citizens who care about their grandchildren having a livable planet show up in Lafayette Square at the exact same time.
A woman can dream, can't she?

Tomorrow in front of the White House, Trump is hosting a celebration of his decision to fry the planet and leave the Paris Climate Agreement. Lets show up in massive numbers to show the President that the people choose Paris, and we won't stand for his dangerous and shameful decision.
Join us for a counter-protest at 9:30 AM TOMORROW to send the message that a huge majority of Americans want the US in the Paris Agreement, and are fighting for more action, not less.

(2,653 posts)talking with Michael Steele about drumpf's withdrawal from the Paris Climate agreement. She was critical of the resident of the W.H.(believe it or not), while Steele was trying to say it had nothing to do with drumpf, but it was strictly about politics.
My bullshit meter pegged then.
It's ALL about drumpf!!
Any and every thing that Obama signed or promoted or agreed to, drumpf, in his ego-ridden mania, will negate by any means necessary.
This was just the latest of his "I'm president and I can do anythng I want" attitude. Heavy on the "I".
I've always been amazed that a pile of canine fecal matter can walk and talk and even grow orange-colored something on its "head."

(180 posts)I think it would serve the resistance movement better for everyone to be out of town. maybe Pittsburgh would be the best place to hold a rally that night
