Tropical Storm Fiona Forms in the Central Atlantic

Tropical Storm Fiona is about 920 miles west of the Cabo Verde Islands.
T.S. Fiona is moving northwest around 16 mph.
The storm is forecast to intensify over the next day or two, but is not expected to become a hurricane..
