a done deal, and should be at least relieved to know in the immediate time frame the Democratic Governor will appoint another Democratic to fill the seat should Franken resign

If it turns out there is a swiftboating operation behind this, let that come out of the investigation, and let Dems call for the swiftboating operation to be dealt with.

Sent email to Casey and it was not to kind. Said he needed to find some backbone and fight for not only Franken but for us. Now I'm going to call, hope I can get thru.
