It's actually very simple.
Men, and women, keep your hands and other body parts away from people who don't want you to touch them.
Sexual assault and harassment are NOT funny. Locker room "jokes" normalize and encourage those behaviors. So just stop it. Anyone who hears those sick "jokes" needs to report the source to the appropriate authorities, in order to protect any potential bunt of said "jokes."
Consequences for sexual assault and harassment need to be swift. No person should have to fear retaliation from her/his abuser.
