It's a mighty sad state of affairs

When a horrid person like McConnell is on the high ground.

We have the majority of people in government at all levels willing to throw in with a political machine that brags about molesting children, accosting women, throwing needy people on the streets. This same party is openly best buds with enemies to this country and persons from within who advocate genocide of anyone who is not white.

I realize there are well meaning souls who have a slightly different view than liberal Democrats and don't feel comfortable within our tent. But to throw in with that bunch is just beyond all understanding. How anyone willing to declare for office under the Republican party gets elected is beyond my understanding.
