This was not some different time where guys in their 30s dated teenage girls, this wasn't the 1880s. Moore's behavior was that of a predator. Telling her that no one will believe her is not the behavior of someone who was dating someone, it's the behavior of a pedophile.

Moore likely groomed his victims. He lied to get the 14 year old to come to his house, he had to pick her up a block from her home to conceal it from her mother. He targeted girls without fathers in the house. This was not just some harmless dating.
