Right now I'm at the point of forcing myself to eat at least one meal a day, and I don't have to unsnap or unzip my jeans, to take them off.

I'm horrible at gauging weight but I do think he's beyond the acceptable limits for his height.

He's reasonably tall and fat.

I have a buddy his same height who is NOT fat and he weighs 280.
