If Dems take US Senate in 2018
Dems should not confirm any GOP Supreme Court nominee and leave the court with 8 justices should one of the older justices pull a Scalia. Since Obama nominee Justice Garland was denied a hearing for a year by the Republican Senate so that they could keep the seat for Trumps nominee, Democrats should do the same and deny any Gop supreme court nominee any kind of hearing. Let the winner of the 2020 Presidential election decide the next justice. It is called Mitch or GOP logic. Winning the Senate in 2018 will go a long way to stopping the Trump kkk right wing agenda dead in its tracks.
