nothing worthwhile or useful accomplished
no days that haven't been riddled with blatant lies
countless twitter tantrums
endless, daily FAIL
daily doses of depression inflicted on the majority of the country (the sane, decent, reasonable part)
the worst popularity/favorability ratings EVAH!
so much winning indeed!
Let tomorrow be the beginning of the end of this utter rot.

(52,317 posts)one might expect them to be happy for him to step aside for someone more competent.
well, i'm presuming pence would be more competent in republican eyes, anyway.
it really points to a defect in their strategy, their loyalty and partisanship is too much even for their own good.
if donnie stepping aside meant a democrat got the presidency, it might make sense to stand by a horrible president out of partisanship.
however, donnie stepping aside to make room for another republican, that's not a partisan question.
i know it puts a taint on the mid-terms, but surely they realize donnie puts a bigger one on it....
i think they just can't help themselves.

(3,011 posts)because they trust Fox and RW media. They believe that the media is fake news. When lies are indisputable, they believe that both sides lie.
The brainwashing is effective.
I live with one and it is incredibly disheartening. She lives in an alternate reality. To her, I'm the one believing lies.

(1,770 posts)My Mom did, too. Back in February of 2013. She was 85.
And then my father did just this past July, I'm not totally sure he believed them, but he did watch Faux Noise, but also CNN and MSNBC (Faux the most, though). We never discussed politics for the past decade or so. He was 87.
Now I'm the only one left.

(18,641 posts)He has dismantled and essentially neutered many government agencies.
He's reversed a great many laws that Obama implemented.
He's driven many hard working hispanics from our borders.
He's made allies turn against us.
He's made a vocal portion of the country slavering groupies.
He's made the United States a ridiculed laughing stock!
That's winning big time!
