Go ahead. Try to breathe like that so that it makes that much noise. If you breathe normally you would have to really suck it in fast, something that would be hard to do at best and still talk. But if you filter the air through your cheeks/teeth you can make this annoying noise much easier.

I dunno. It would be a nice thought to think of Trump being about to keel over. More likely, it is just one more way he acts in an annoying way.
