Right now UBI is a process and it is different idea in Europe and South America.

My personal idea is reduce SocSec to 40yrs of age and payout at least the minimum wage, plus 10% and enrolled in medicare.

Also we need community location to lend out tools and to learn hobbies. We will need to keep people from killing each other and give people a reason to get up in the morning.

5. I think the OP is referring to a Guaranteed Universal Income. I disagree with the OP using Social

Security as mechanism to fund this.

Social Security should NOT be intermingled with this.

If they are going to do this, which I doubt will happen in this environment, setup a separate fund and taxation for it, not co-mingle it with social security, which already has its own challenges, and doesn't need to be complicated by this

UBI policy has no business putting its hands anywhere near SS.
UBI is in its embryo stage. SS is a old soul that should be modelled after, not gathered up & stuffed in another's pocket to disperse.
