MSNBC's "The Cycle," with S.E. Creepp and Toure, has 551K fewer viewers than Fox, 52K less than CNN

Things aren’t looking any better for MSNBC’s 3 p.m. panel show, The Cycle. On Friday, the program once again came in third place among the big three cable news networks, taking in less than 50,000 viewers in demo (that’s less than half of what CNN Newsroom brought in during the same time slot), and 315,000 in overall viewers. This not only marks the lowest demo in all of MSNBC’s programming for that entire 24 hour-period, but it was also The Cycle’s lowest demo since its debut.

To further compare, here’s how the three networks stacked up on Friday at 3 p.m.:

Fox News – Studio B: 244,000 (25-54 Demo), 866,000 (Overall)

CNN – CNN Newsroom: 97,000 (25-54 Demo), 367,000 (Overall)

MSNBC – The Cycle: 47,000 (25-54 Demo), 315,000 (Overall)

I switch over to Sheperd Smith. That's right...I find him less annoying than "The Cycle." Then I switch back for Martin Bashir.

Please--let them at least retool without the moronic SE cupp. (though the others are only marginally better).

Hell just give Martin Bashir the extra hour.

I don't know what they were thinking when they decided to give her a show. Is that the best they could do? I cannot wait for the day that crap is canceled. Then maybe she can go work for faux.

I just can't stand Creep and Toure. I hope MSNBC will drop those two and find another two hosts to fill those two stereotyped positions.
When Steve and Krystal appear as guests of other shows they are actually pretty good. The other two when they are guests they still come across as jerks.
I wish the Demo info was divided into 10 year spans. I would like to know if the 25-34 Demo likes the show any better than the 25-54.

What's wrong with 'Sarah Cupp?' This 'S.E.' thing is pure pretension. And 'Toure' is even worse. Going by one name smacks of both arrogance and an attempt to grant oneself star status without earning it. If you want to go by one name, you'd better be a badass like Prince.

And to do that in journalism of all fields? For shame . . .

He also has overtones of the smarmy "two snaps up" vibe from Damon Wayan's "Men On Film" character from "In Living Color." Toure is just a slimy little self-absorbed shit.

"Toure and S.E. have decided to spend more time with their families."

From the beginning, the show was nothing more than an inferior ripoff the incredibly annoying "The Five" from Fox. Having one less than five didn't make it different.

I think Ball and Kornacki are equally smug, but Toure and Cupp are just too damned much.

I blew a gasket this morning when Cupp was a guest on Thomas Roberts' show (as is evidenced by the thread I posted).
