(50,350 posts)This is making Dubya's response to Katrina look downright brilliant. That guy in charge of FEMA needs to get the boot, too. I couldn't believe he continues to trash the San Juan mayor as she struggles to locate drinking water for outlying municipalities. Rachel said the giant hospital ship now down there is treating only 7 patients. Meanwhile, people who need dialysis - among other things - are struggling to stay alive.
