Why is Chuck Tool interviewing Mike Rowe on MSNBC?

Is Mike Rowe an expert on labor? WTF? I thought he was just a dumb person on a show pretending to be a worker.

...that kept reducing the whole thing to "Don't resist arrest".

Advice that would have been a BIG help to Tamir Rice and Trayvon Martin, who weren't BEING arrested when they were killed.
