I just read something, about Senators Cruz and Cornyn.

Texas' senators.

They are asking for federal help, for their state.

Ok, sounds about right.

BUT...

Both of them voted against hurricane Sandy relief, a few years ago.

"Dem lib'rul states don't need money..."

"But we do!"

Except I realize that will only hurt those flooded out, and won't do anything to Cruz and Cornyn.

So we help them out, as best we can.

then they automatically have funds deducted from their state's finances when the next disaster occurs elsewhere in the country. No votes, get it down in writing now. Always hold them accountable!

I think I'll save my donations for other causes. Texas can look after itself. After all, there are ENDLESS MILES of plains, deserts, mountains, and oil wells that are not affected by this hurricane at all. Texas is bigger and richer than most countries.
