3am and i81 in Virginia is chock-a-block!

As the post-eclipse exodus from the land of totality continues into the wee hours....

All the rest areas are overflowing with parked trucks, all the hotels are sold out....

during the 2024 eclipse. The path of totality goes through the Hill Country west of San Antonio and Austin, then over Dallas.

It's on the Guadalupe River in the on the southern edge of the Hill Country. The scenery there is beautiful. It should either be in the path of totality or very near it.
