I think dementia would explain some of his actions, tweets and verbal oddities. I am not talking about his speech yesterday. It appears he read it. But when you listen to him speak without text, there is something wrong.
And it is more insidious and potentially more dangerous unless it is recognized and steps taken remove him from office or curtail his ability to destroy us.
