It will take several hours to weed out the facts vs what is going around.

Video is always better than eyewitness accounts, as this shows.

to twitter and the likes. I guess they want to confirm first. In this case its pretty clear however. There are plenty of still pics from the video of the impact that clearly shows this plate.
