Cory Gardner served with subpoena in response to disability advocates arrested last month

U.S. Sen. Cory Gardner’s name appears on five subpoenas served Friday afternoon, on the eve of the Western Conservative Summit.

Gardner’s regional director was served with the paperwork, according to an attorney representing several protester.

The attorney said he wants to compel Sen. Gardner to answer to his constituents after disability advocates were arrested in the senator’s office on June 29. He wants to demand information about those arrests during a sit-in style protest. ...

2. As a Colorado resident-I have to say that we have to wait for another 3 years to get rid of Gardner.

Whoever does not win the Democratic nomination for the 2018 Colorado Governors Race (Johnston,Kennedy,or Polis) should challenge Gardner.
