(52,206 posts)Effective attorneys may be able to shift venues, can certainly influence jury selection (including kicking a few out without even needing to justify it) and seem to be able to significantly sway decisions by appealing to bias and prejudice.
Wellstone ruled
(34,661 posts)evidence and the Instructions from the Judge can and could be very limited. And this should be blamed on the Prosecution . Only served once,but we as Jury wonder where the Prosecuting Attorneys received their Law Degrees or for that part,their License to even Practice. Plain and simple,we found out later this case should have been called a Mistrial.
