3 Dead After Gunfire at Delaware Soccer Tournament

Three people are dead and two others are in custody after gunmen opened fire at a soccer tournament at a park in Wilmington, Del.

Police say the dead include the tournament organizer, 47-year-old Herman Curry, and that it appeared Curry was targeted by the gunmen.

Also killed was 16-year-old Alexander Kamara of Pike Creek.

Investigators said one of the suspects, 43-year-old Sheldon Olge, was fatally shot by someone in the crowd after he and two accomplices opened fire Sunday afternoon before fleeing in a car.

Authorities have charged two Delaware men, 34-year-old Otis Phillips and 22-year-old Jeffrey Phillips, with two counts each of first-degree murder and other crimes. At the time of the shootings, Otis Phillips was the subject of an outstanding murder warrant for a 2008 shooting.
