Is Brian Williams the Worst!? Yea I know..

not as bad as some.. But this guy is always ready to conflate Republican politics with Democrats..Any fucking chance he can.No props out to him. No matter how much he questions republican transgressions ....He just waits with so much anticipation, to call dems out for anything dems might do.. and compare to Republican misdeeds

O'Donnell is one of the best at calling out RW BS, so yeah, he's gotta go. Hey MSNBC, we don't need any more RW news outlets! We need truth tellers like Lawrence!

When he runs out of real things to say he just babbles so he can hear his velvety voice.

That's been my opinion since the first time I saw/heard him

"…in fact I, the great Brian Williams, piloted one the planes, where I was shot down by enemy fire and was captured by enemy forces.

A beautiful Syrian woman prison guard recognized me, and after nearly swooning to the ground she said ‘You are the great and handsome Brian Williams. My family has a picture of at our dinner table that we pray to.’ As she nervously fiddled with the cell keys, she said ‘We must hurry, Brian Williams. Even though it is true your greatness is too powerful for the entirety of the Syrian forces, I wish to get you out of here to save them the embarrassment of being humbled by such a magnanimous individual, such as yourself–the great Brian Williams.’ I responded ‘Yes, what you say is all true, and it takes great humility and honesty to admit such.’

As we made our way down the corridors of the prison, she abruptly stopped and pleaded ‘You must make love to me in a great way, which should come natural to you, the great Brian Williams.’ Several hours later after we were done (her several times, I might add), we were suddenly surrounded by Syrian soldiers. Being greatly outnumbered would have overwhelmed any man, any man except Brian Williams. I positioned myself in a Shaolin ninja stance, which I learned at the feet of a 124 year old master monk in my youth.

After heroically dispatching the soldiers effortlessly, while German techno music played somewhere in the background, I turned to the Syrian woman and told her ‘My love is too great and powerful for such a delicate creature such as yourself, find yourself a Syrian farmer, if you guys have farms, but always remember what I taught you about love!’ And turn and ran. I could hear the echo of her saying ‘I shall never forget your passionate musky love, the great Brian Williams!’

Eventually, I made it back to the studio, so that I could give a first hand account of today’s action. Signing off, I’m the great Brian Williams.”

Cable "news" is incredibly personality-driven, and each of them has an hour (minus commercials) to fill. Rachel sometimes natters, but she's incredibly bright and eventually gets to the point -- but she's filling time. Nicolle is very good, too, in her own way, and unlike Rachel has been right inside the WH and campaigns.

But you see -- it's a 24-hour news cycle and here I'm identifying each hour by its personality. And I have no control over who the network hires or retains, only over who I watch.

US: "The ball is on the FIVE YARD LINE! The score is 49-2 at the two-minute warning. You don't think THOSE little details are worth mentioning? Seriously?"
