does that mean it can now be shared with the citizens of the USA? If we are told it cannot be shared with the citizens, then it isn't declassified, is it?

The WP didn't include some details that they were specifically asked by the FBI not to reveal. I think the lid's off the exploding snake jar, though.

Information can be classified and still shared with other nations.
So that's a big maybe.
Evidently the Washington Post has the details and is just not publishing them.
