The judge will give Zimmerman bail, but not without a dress down for lying to the court. I'm sure he'll raise his bail, but the defense attorney forgot one thing. The judge said he wanted to hear from Zimmerman why he did not report his funds to the court. He said he did not want Zimmerman to sit there like a potted plant allowing the lawyer to tell the court what he knows.
I think the judge has peeped Zimm's game and will conduct himself accordingly from now on.
P.S. The doctor's report confirmed what I thought all along . . . his head injuries were not what you would find if your head was slammed on cement. There was no concussion, no disorientation, no dizziness and no swelling.

(1,698 posts)There are several obvious lies that Zimmerman is caught up in that won't hold water. Sorry.

(9,893 posts)The report has been available for some time, but I think that some people are finding it just now.
Take this how you will: the photos taken at the scene that night and comments from the EMS guy who cleaned up Zimmerman that night report bleeding from cuts on the back of the head, the EMS guy I believe has stated that there was a decent amount of blood. My view is that the back of Zimmerman's head was injured, but not enough to cause a concussion. I believe that the doc also put a couple of butterfly bandages on the cuts, but this hasn't been my big topic, so my memory isn't completely reliable.
