Then I come out and say relations between Russia and the U.S. are at an all time low. . . . Then you say the same thing. . . . and we both pretend to be not talking for a week or so. . . . Then, when it's cool again, I can start paying you off by releasing sanctions and those other things we talked about. . . . Nobody will be the wiser."
