So, Mr. Christian Trump is out on the golf course on Good Friday, and he is threatening war against North Korea. He is also basking in the joy he clearly took in dropping the massive bomb on supposed ISIS tunnels in Afghanistan.
Trump couldn't even pretend to be a Christian during the campaign. Now he's out there aggressively threatening North Korea, worsening a terrible situation that could result in the deaths of millions (I heard a military person on CNN last night who said casualties would be in the hundreds of thousands within hours if a full-blown war broke out as both armies are along the border with massive amounts of weapons -- not even including nuclear weapons). Trump's saber-rattling seems to be designed to scare NK into doing something even more crazy.
What a holy, righteous, peace-loving man! (Ugh. I am not religious but I still can't believe how many professed Christians voted for this jerk. I know it's about Roe v Wade for them but they seem to be oblivious to his obvious disrespect. His disrespect for the Easter weekend is pretty clear).
Has he even attended church since he became president? I know it's performative but honestly the idiots went crazy even though Obama DID attend services, as did Bill Clinton, Bush I and II, etc. I bet that Trump is the least religious president we've ever had -- and yet the evangelicals vote for him)

(5,611 posts)an apologist for Christianity or the Christian tradition. It's Trump's blatant disrespect, and the fact that he doesnt even pretend to be a Christian now (when evangelicals used to scream about Obama and Bill Clinton's church attendance) that amazes me.
