Why doesn't he have a nurse practitioner who specializes in memory care doing this?
Why do we have to give a full security clearance to a caregiver?
Why do we have a President who needs a caregiver because of his mental status?

The thing is - she has 3 young children. Of course, any nanny can take care of the children. It takes someone special to take care of a crazy old man.
