One week before the Podesta emails were leaked, Wikileaks set up a server in Russia.
Hosted by somebody who is known to work with spammers and hackers, but somehow doesn't get arrested by Russia.

The question:
Why would Putin allow an organization who sees governments as the enemy to set foot into Russia?
Unless he's somehow immune from Wikileaks' operations?
