He might not be the type of anti Semite who would call a Jewish person a kike; but he is the type of anti Semite who STEREOTYPES Jews. Which some may think is worse.

I may consider swiping it: "secondary anti-Semite". Hmmm...like a secondary infection. Though, I call what he and others like him do, "soft bigotry." Like you said, he isn't calling us "kikes" or "stiff arm saluting" but he does exhibit behaviors and spews classic anti-Semitic tropes. IMO, they can be worse because they don't realize they are bigots, and therefore, don't even attempt to change their behaviors because they are convinced they aren't bigots. I see lots of that in other areas too.

years ago, in Newsweek. Some black young men were dumped by the cops in a New York neighborhood known to hate blacks. One of the guys was killed in traffic. I don't remember what happened to the other.

Mayor Koch professed to be horrified, and compared the situation to a lynching in Mississippi. Some police chief down there said that "Jew bastard" did not know what he was talking about.

A stellar situation for both locations, North and South. More about politics than black lives.
