That etter to the NYT from mental health pros-I know several of them.

I won't say which but several are friends and colleagues. This is NOT something that any of them would do lightly and it's at a bit of a risk because we don't do it typically. They are all solid professionals and deeply respected in the field. I just thought I'd throw that out there.

Btw I heard it quoted on Stephanie Miller this morning so it is getting a bit of run. I don't think it'll really make an impression until he's gone and in retrospect it'll be part of the record. But I admire their guts and know how alarmed they have to be to do this.

I'm pretty sure some, particularly psychologists, have been censured for such public remarks. Much credit to those who signed.

I'v worked really closely with them. They don't screw around and they're better people than I am. They have nothing to gain and one has much to lose. I couldn't love them more right now.
