O'Keefe found takers for his pay to riot offer. Trump's strategy to block tomorrow's Women's March?

Now, why would Trump and O'Keefe be spreading money to pay for violent disruption of Inaugural events? Seems like it might be an attempt to block the Women's March. Those were paid agitators, not Democratic protestors.
