There are areas of Kentucky that are so impoverished but you never heAR

Mitch McDonnell talking about doing anything of substance for his constituency for over thirty years. Damn shame! When the red senate and house snatch medicaid and medicare, so many of them will suffer!

Many of these people vote for him anyway. The gop has long figured out that investing in mass disinformation like rw talk shows or fox news is more effective. Just give them a scapegoat (liberals, immigrants, lgbt, etc..) and they will vote for you against their own interests.
