It's very clear the FBI is a sewer of rightwing operatives

This has been allowed to fester under Comey, but it's also clear he has lost control of his investigators, who have been leaking and delaying and witch hunting in order to throw this election to Trump.

They need to purge the Republican political operatives from that agency, down to the field agent level.

5. I was reading an article from when Obama appointed Comey (Mother Jones maybe?) and it said

Comey was the most liberal of Obama's options. It then said that FBI heads are notoriously conservative.

9. Maybe they should permit women and minorities to be FBI agents

I guess it is theoretically permitted but they seem to be white males most of the time. If they could fix that then some of their other problems might be reduced.

13. The FBI has been compromised

This is a national security issue. For all we know Comey is working for Russia or maybe he's being blackmailed or bribed, but it's obvious that the FBI Director has been compromised somehow and this matter needs to be investigated asap.
