An FBI Director should not be allowed to use official documents to promote his political agenda

Usually, when the FBI doesn't make a criminal referral to the Department of Justice, the notes from the investigation just get archived and never see the light of day. In fact, the FBI usually doesn't even admit publicly that the investigation was going on, or that it has concluded without a referral. For some odd reason, that procedure hasn't been followed in the case of Secretary Clinton. Not only did Comey host a press conference to announce that the FBI investigation was over without a referral to DOJ, but they have now released a whole bunch of documentary work product.

It's very odd. I wonder if the FBI would like to release any details about any investigations they might have conducted into allegations of torture, war crimes, or crimes against humanity alleged against the Bush administration or its officials? Prolly not.

But I am proud of Hillary for not whining and complaining about the system being rigged against her, the way Donald has been.

Both her campaign and Pres. Obama have downplayed the information explaining that it is routine procedure for State and FBI to consult on classifications during FOI releases.
