a real effect on the outcome and in case it doesn't, the "egg" won't make much difference anyway. After all, she has a right to root for the home team.

I plan on offering whatever is required to the God(s) she's praying to that she's right.

Can't hurt. Unless there are virgin sacrifices involved. Then it'll hurt. Them.

Ginsburg hinted at severe disagreements within the court over some upcoming decisions. I still think that Kennedy (if nobody else) is persuadable about the constitutionality of PPACA.

there may be one leaking information.

My thought often is that we shouldn't be scared of SCOTUS, but we should be more attuned to the law clerks. How many of these young men and women are right wingers?

And nothing says "Go corporations" like giving the insurance industry a mandated monopoly.

The right wing of the court loves the money and power this will further transfer to the top, while the two Obama appointees probably won't vote against the signature program of the president that appointed them.

But that doesn't prelude the fact that this is a very pro-corporate court, and they are unlikely to want to displease the ruling elite.

If unable to overturn the law, Roberts would join the majority so he could write the opinion himself, in a very narrow fashion.
