Can you even imagine being involved in 3500 lawsuits?
How is it possible to sue someone or to be sued that many times!
That simply blows my mind!

(52,574 posts)he underpays, forcing people to go through the time and cost of a lawsuit in order to get proper payment out of him.
probably the worst result is that he has to pay what he owed all along. maybe he has to pay legal fees as well. i imagine that's more than covered by the people who don't sue or who give up or who settle for much less.
he abuses the very concept of a contract for fun and profit.
in other word, his word isn't worth the paper it's written on, even when it's actually written on paper and accompanied by his legal signature.

(32,217 posts)All corporations have names and are registered either in one of the 50 states or another country. If I sue Berkshire Hathaway I am not suing Warren Buffett even though he is the face of it.
