That was truly a personal attack out of nowhere. Has Clinton complained about being viciously attacked by Smith? Has Clinton called her a puppet? Has Clinton tweeted endless insults to and about Smith? Have Clinton's surrogates had to cover the talk shows with explanations and nonsense about what Clinton "really" meant to say?
