(28,795 posts)that they have only THIRTY operatives working in the states....THIRTY, as of last week. is that more or less than ONE person per state. help me on my division
did he talk about the bloated, swollen, inefficient (just like government) Hillary campaign? he did when I saw him spew this crap to a slobberingly accepting Mark Halperin last week.
I think that was called throat-f******

(62,530 posts)that number sounds familiar from someplace.
Where could Trump have gotten it?

(11,076 posts)There are many comments that could be made that we will never read here. The degree of help that candidates have been offered is wide. Free press, support from organizations, I could go on. The point regarding Trump is that he had a year of free press and has received top billing on a list of fools. The true count of those who have been working for Trump will never be known.

they HAVE no viable campaign, regardless of all the shadow support he may (or may not) be garnering, and he's using the most obvious PR techniques to try to account for the fact that they either didn't expect to get this far, or DON'T CARE, because of the flimflam nature of his campaign
Trump is, above all a creature of impulse, and he gave little thought to what a full bore presidential campaign would entail
his impulsive pursuit of shiny things in his business world (Trump Airlines, Vodka, Steaks, Taj Mahal, University, etal) have all resulted in dismal failures.... he NEVER has a plan to actually run his companies, outside, perhaps his hotel properties. he buys stuff, then, like a kitty, loses interest.

(11,076 posts)He is a miserable person and if the Republicans actually run him it is a true sign that our system is broken beyond repair! Worse than voter suppression or mishandled ballots, the dumbing down of the presidency is the death of our society.
Donald is a sad little human and should be helped off of the stage. When that happens the spotlight will pan our way and we better have our $hit together because his replacement is going to look like Jesus Christ himself to the right and any flaws we have will be magnified.
When Hillary and Elizabeth mock this sick, little sad weasel of a human it lowers them and nothing more.

(28,795 posts)said about him, but I don't think the pugs can recover from such a deposal at this stage in the game
either way, I can't wait for the schadenfreude rush this will provide as things play out
who do you think will assume the mantle?

(671 posts)I agree but when Trump Monkey sucks all the air out of the room with low ball attacks day in and out you must respond. Ignoring his stupidity will not make him go away. Wish it wasn't so but this is politics 2016. Hopefully history will show this as when political campaigns hit rock bottom and moved onward and upward. JMHO

(671 posts)Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
