Is Trump running to stay out of jail?
On Tuesday, a New York court ruled that Schneiderman's $40 million civil suit alleging fraud against Trump University would still have to go to trial, even though Schneiderman had asked the court for a ruling based on the evidence already presented.
No date has been set for a trial. But according to a statement from Schneiderman, the judge "indicated her intention to move as expeditiously as possible." A spokesman for Schneiderman's office said the trial could take place as early as this fall. If so, that timing could prove tricky for Trump should he be chosen as the GOP's presidential nominee. http://money.cnn.com/2016/04/26/news/trump-university/

3. No, but Hillary is...
Because her problem is a felony, not a civil suit.

I'd pretend that was relevant to the OP as well had I an irrational mind controlled by simplistic bias. I'm certain though, you'll allege rational thought, as rarely does one admit otherwise...

9. I fear the FBI will come out
with an indictment during the GE and that would be bad for us.
Why would they waste their time on her or offer immunity to others if nothing was there? |

5. No jail for this; it's a civil case.
Although jail seems like a good place for Trump for a lot of reasons.
