All they watched was Fox News. It was
so difficult to see him devolve like that.

He hates Obama - like spitting mad. Defends Fox, "They've won AWARDS!" I cannot talk politics to him except in small doses. He watches some other conservative station on TV as well.

When Obama announced he was going to Cuba, my father said, "He waited us out (Castro). He waited and he wins." I said, "Dad - we have relationships with all kinds of countries, communist and otherwise. China? Saudi Arabia?"

He quietly conceded the point, but in general, right wing propaganda has worked on him.
