The latest roadster is for drivers under the age of 8, who weigh less than 81 pounds.
Tesla S for Kids From Radio Flyer
Forget the ubiquitous red wagon. Today's kids want a little more power and style.
And you can give it to them, if you're willing to spend some money.
Tesla and Radio Flyer announced Tuesday that they are partnering together on a new shiny roadster - a Tesla Model S for kids. Pre-orders are available now at radioflyer.com and the tiny cars will ship in May.
The cars come fully equipped (of course) so that means working headlights, a spacious interior, forward and reverse drive, a front trunk for storing those important toys (called a frunk), and yes, a working sound system that allows kids to plug in their iPods or similar devices for favorite tunes on the go.
The car travels at two speeds: two miles per hour for beginners and six miles per hour for more advanced drivers. But parents don't worry, there's a parental control option which will limit the top speed to three miles per hour.

will be built on the Tesla S build, only smaller and will be available in the next year or so (I live in Teslaland, so I've seen prototypes driving around).
