Good morning Mr. Phelps. The man you are looking at is Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin.

Governor Walker, recently elected, has attempted to seize additional powers by undermining the legal process of collective bargaining in his state. Although several of his closest aides have been indicted in recent months, Mr. Walker has so far remained legally unscathed. Complicating this matter is that there is a recall election scheduled to begin in 48 hours, which if successful, will remove the governor from the office which he presently holds. There are regulations which bind the federal prosecutors from indicting the governor until after the election is held. Your mission Jim, should you decide to accept it, is to expose the governor's criminal activity to the public prior to the election and ensure that he loses. As usual should any of your IM force members be caught or killed the secretary will disavow knowledge of your existence. This tape will self-destruct in five seconds. Good luck, Jim.

No such luck...the IMF is an acronym for something quite different, these days.
