Just sent 'em a complaint re. T Mobile.
So who's on there these days? i.e. Geithner-types or Warren-types?
Do I have even the remotest chance of prevailing?

(24,331 posts)The FCC receives hundreds of thousands of complaints per year about wireless carriers, and frankly, it's not their problem to regulate business practices. If you want to complain to someone, try your state's Attorney General.

(24,331 posts)If possible, tell this to their public relations department, NOT customer service.
Customer service is automatically set up to be resistant to customer requests, since frankly they get a lot of completely crazy bullshit thrown at them from people who don't know what the fuck they're talking about. Consequently, the "noise level" makes them tend to ignore anything that's not a cookie cutter complaint about one of the few things they do handle, like telling people how to upgrade their phone or add ringtones.
The PR department, on the other hand, is responsible for the company's image, and is well aware of the fact that one good investigative report or BBB complaint would cost them FAR more than simply fixing your issue.
