A Look Inside a Billionaire’s Bunker Doomsday Escape for the Elite

This is an inside look of an ultimate billionaire bunker and doomsday escape. Vivos has announced an underground survival complex for the elite. Each unit provides a private 2,500 square foot of floor area, capable of two story improvements for a total of 5,000 square feet of private living quarters.

Located in Germany and one of the most fortified, massive, underground surAccording to Forbes:

The hardened facility is capable of withstanding a substantial close range nuclear blast, a direct airplane crash, biological and chemical agents, shock waves, earthquakes, tsunami, electro-magnetic pulses, and virtually any armed attack.

The complex includes over 21,108 square meters (227,904 square feet) of secured, blast proof living areas; and, an additional 4,079 square meters (43,906 square feet) of above-ground office and warehouse buildings, including a train servicing depot.

The typical chamber area is 5 meters wide (16.40 feet), by 6 meters tall (19.68 feet) and 85 meters (278.87 feet) long.

Collectively there are over 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) of continuous tunnel chambers (equivalent to 71 Boeing 747’s fuselages stretched end to end). All shelter areas are located behind 3 separate nuclear blast and radiation proof vehicle entrances, and a number of other passages for access by people only. Each of the three main tunnel entrances includes an outer security door system, followed by a 40 ton hydraulic truck access door with hardened steel rods which expand into the surrounding encasement, and a second set of massive steel doors providing an airtight seal shut, protecting against chemical, biological and gas intrusion. The underground main traffic corridors are large enough to allow mechanical transportation of heavy equipment to almost any point within the complex.vival shelters on Earth.

"Mr. President, I would not rule out the chance to preserve a nucleus of human specimens. It would be quite easy atthe bottom of some of our deeper mineshafts. The radioactivity would never penetrate a mine some thousands of feet deep. And in a matter of weeks, sufficient improvements in dwelling space could easily be provided."

"How long would you have to stay down there?"

"I would think that uh possibly one hundred years."
"You mean, people could actually stay down there for a hundred years?"
"It would not be difficult mein Fuhrer! Nuclear reactors could, heh... I'm sorry. Mr. President. Nuclear reactors could provide power almost indefinitely. Greenhouses could maintain plantlife. Animals could be bred and slaughtered. A quick survey would have to be made of all the available mine sites in the country. But I would guess... that ah, dwelling space for several hundred thousands of our people could easily be provided."

"Well I... I would hate to have to decide who stays up and who goes down."

"Well, that would not be necessary Mr. President. It could easily be accomplished with a computer. And a computer could be set and programmed to accept factors from youth, health, sexual fertility, intelligence, and a cross section of necessary skills. Of course it would be absolutely vital that our top government and military men be included to foster and impart the required principles of leadership and tradition.

Naturally, they would breed prodigiously, eh? There would bemuch time, and little to do. But ah with the proper breeding techniques and a ratio of say, ten females to each male, I would guess that they could then work their way back to the present gross national product within say, twenty years."

On the other hand, maybe it's really just a rich wastrel conspicuous consumption thing.

A super villain lair is a cool pied a terre for orgies.

No real plans for doomsday, that's just trollery for us peasants.

But this is a real company with a real product. These may become nothing more than fancy tombs. How will they be able to produce the oxygen they need over the long term?? They'll need nucular power to do that. And I'd like to see them do THAT!! Ha!

I wrote about it on DU...but the link doesn't work. Doesn't work on Waybac, either. It had the name of a Chicago investor creating a survival place in northern Michigan. Then Gov. Jennifer Granholm personally approved some official help to get the guy land near an existing airport.

Food for thought missing from the swill spewed daily by Corporate McPravda:

Is Survival Only for The Rich?

Anne Stanton
NorthernExpress.com

Tiny Pellston--known as the “ice box of the nation”--is now steeped in a controversy that is heating up the nation.
Pellston is courting a Chicago area company that promises badly needed jobs, but strikes some people as bad news. The young company is called Sovereign Deed and plans to provide emergency supplies and services to wealthy clients who are caught in a major catastrophe, such as a pandemic, an earthquake, or terrorist attack. Clients will pay $50,000 to join, and $15,000 thereafter. It’s a tiered service; those who pay most have the greatest chances of survival.

COMPLEX FINANCES

Barrett Moore, executive chief officer of Sovereign Deed, has intimate ties with Pellston. Since the late 1800s, his family has owned property on nearby Burt Lake, where he spent many happy summers. Now 43 and living in the Chicago area, he continues to bring his own family to the lake’s sandy shores.

Moore, who did not return phone calls for an interview, describes himself as a “visionary,” in an autobiographical background provided to the State of Michigan Economic Development Corporation.

SNIP...

THE COST OF CATASTROPHE

In January, Moore approached Lyn Johnson, the controller of Emmet County, and told him about a plan for his eighth and newest company, Sovereign Deed. After Johnson agreed to sign a confidentiality agreement, Moore laid out his plan. The country, he said, was headed toward more catastrophes, and Katrina proved our federal government wasn’t up to the task. The aim of Sovereign Deed is to give its wealthy clients an edge during a catatrophe. The base package includeds one-on-one training, early notice of a catastrophe to allow escape before roads are clogged, emergency updates, food supplies, a survival kit and a satellite phone, if necessary. At the highest level of service, a member would be personally rescued and evacuated.

He made the case that if wealthy people are entitled to have more luxuries in their lives - nicer homes, cars, yachts and boats - why can’t they also have special services during a disaster. As the company matured, rescue services would be available at lower rates so that even more people could afford survival services.

While there is focused local opposition, the Sovereign Deed Pellston Haven may still come to be.

Personally, I like the idea of being able to buy surival for those I love. But, making sure I get mine at the expense of most everyone else is un-American in the extreme.

My point: We can ALL surive, provided those with the money use it to build a better world. And the rich don't even have to share their wealth. They can invest it.

PS: State representative Gary McDowell, a Democrat, and state Senator Jason Allen, a Republican, prepared a bill that would allow for a future property tax abatement for Sovereign Deed. The abatement – to be granted by the authority of the township and village – would mean Sovereign Deed would pay only half the normal property taxes. The bill was approved unanimously and signed by Governor Granholm in May.

You will be to far away to be able to access it. These bunkers are worthless since there is absolutely no way for someone across the city let alone in another country to get there and in it before the doors are closed.
