and question 2, will the shootings cause more journalists, reporters, and the media to question Carly Fiorina's lies about PP videos?

We'll hear their distortions beginning tomorrow, I predict.
I could see Huckabee setting his alarm early to distort and propagandize on this one. This is right up his twisted mind's alley.

(14,177 posts)they are all gonna try to outdo what they think all the other candidates are going to do, that takes some time so we will see who is the quickest on the draw. Probably Ted Cruz, he seems the least concerned about sounding stupid and heartless.

(42,757 posts)The morning after nine worshipers were killed at a Charleston church GOP presidential hopefuls spoke to a conservative political conference hosted by the Faith and Freedom Coalition and Concerned Women for America. An hour of speeches had passed before even a brief comment was made. Marco Rubio addressed the crowd first and not a word about the shooting or anything remotely connected to it or gun control was even suggested. A Tweet was posted two days after the shooting but that could easily have been made in his name by a staffer. Jeb Bush and Donald Trump postponed planned events in South Carolina while South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham cancelled an appearance in Philadelphia and headed for home instead.
