I am trying to reflect on when the intelligence level of the Congress of the United States began its

decline. What I surmise is the Presidential campaign of John McCain and the nomination of Sarah Palin as Vice President ignited an "anything goes" event. Especially Republicans, have not been able to recover from the drop in ability to do the work of the people. Sometimes, their actions are more frightening than the thoughts of the Apocalypse. In addition, the possibility of any member of the candidates for President from the Republicans could be a world ending event. JUST COLLECTING MY THOUGHTS!
